COACHES' CORNER

If you want to post an ad for your team or if you are a coach and want to post your own ad, send the copy to Jack Schaeffer at jkschaeffer@hotmail.com. Ads may be submitted as part of the e-mail or as an attachment in Word.

NEW TEAM REP OR E-MAIL/ADDRESS CHANGES

If you are a new team rep, let our corresponding secretary, Bill Cook at wcook96@gmail.com know ASAP!! Also include LInda Klopfenstein, handbook chair, at LKNVSL@hotmail.com. They will need your name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number and team name. Without the proper information, it is impossible for the League to notify teams of upcoming events and special offers.

If the League already has your name as team rep but you change any of your information -- anything -- address, e-mail, phone, whatever, let Steve and Linda know that as well.

You will also have the opportunity to proofread your handbook entry at the seeding meeting but if we don't have correct info before then, you may not get pre-meeting notices.

HOW DO I GET ON THE WEBSITE?

You want to get on your team's area on the NVSL website but you don't have a password to do that? Contact the webmaster at info@ionicweb.com for direction on getting on your website area. You must be a team rep to obtain access to the website.

Team reps are given access to their team areas only for purposes of posting articles and editing. If you note that changes should be made in other areas of the website, such as the front page articles, coaches' corner, document center, etc., please contact Jack Schaeffer at jkschaeffer@hotmail.com.

OLD RECORDS

So you are trying to clean out your team's files and you find that you have lots of "old stuff" about your team. You would really like to get rid of it. There's a chance that the League would be interested in old information about your team to complete the League's records. Contact Charlie Chadbourn, NVSL Historian, at cchadbourn@aol.com to find out if your trash may be the League's treasure.

Do you have other questions about how to do something within the League or who handles any particular area about which you have questions? E-mail Jack Schaeffer, jkschaeffer@hotmail.com, and we will add the answer to this article! If you have a question, somebody else probably has the same question!
